Meanwhile, Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics wished Moscow "defeat" in the war in Ukraine in his message to Kremlin on Russia Day.
Notably, Russia started the "special military operation" earlier on February 24 alleging Ukraine had been planning to join the NATO military alliance.
